Nuance PaperPort is a software program designed to help users organize, scan, share or store different documents, spreadsheets, presentations, or even pictures.
The GUI has a modern look, it's comprised of a left-side-panel, a toolbar, the main work area, and the main menu. The buttons design look great, but the grey background looks boring and makes the experience less enjoyable.

From the first use, you'll notice that Nuance PaperPort is an all-in-one solution to ease up your personal activities by getting rid of the desk drawers full of bulky files, thus reducing the quantity of paper all over the office. The application allows you to manage PDF files with ease, as well as offering the option to create searchable digital PDFs while being able to find scanned paper or PDF files with the help of an integrated Search function.

One last cool feature lets users convert paper into text with just a simple drag-and-drop move of the scanned document in the specific text application.

The only noticed downsides were the decrease in speed performance when converting multiple pages and the inconsistent Search function. Despite these inconveniences, Nuance PaperPort is a reliable utility that offers a wide variety of tools and functionalities to ease up users work.
